The machine is equipped with a double Linear Movement Rail and double Roller Screw structure. Polishing wheels are lifted pneumatically for a trouble free, high quality finish. Glass width, glass thickness and conveyor speed are controlled by a PLC. A touch screen is used for setting and displaying glass width, glass thickness, conveyor speed, right angle and corner tip. Timing belts are used for the conveyors to ensure smooth operation. Conveyor speed is controlled by inverter for quick speed adjustment.
