SAE13A Glass Straight Line Mitering Machine

Brief Introduction:

SAE13A is a 13 spindles mitering polishing machine, 6 spindles for mitering edge, 2 spindles for rear arris and 2 spindles for front arris, 3 spindles for remained flat edge. This machine can also polish flat edge with arris.

Main Characteristic:

bullet A type Chainless bearing pad conveyor with automatic lubrication system.
bullet Rear conveyor pad has an automatic washing device.
bullet Timing belt inlet/outlet conveyor.
bullet Polishing wheels are lifted pneumatically.
bullet PLC & touch screen HMI are for setting, controlling and displaying processing parameters.
bullet ABB spindle motor.
bullet Inverter motor for conveyor driving.
