SB471BS Glass Straight Line Beveling Machine

Brief Introduction:

SB471BS is a 12 spindles beveling machine, 3 diamond, 4 resin and 4 polishing wheels for bevel, 1 peripheral wheel for pencil edge. Machine has an extra function of front conveyor rail up/down for minimum glass grinding.

Main Characteristic:

bullet B type Chainless bearing pad conveyor with automatic lubrication system.
bullet Rear conveyor pad has an automatic washing device/Option: Rear conveyor pad self-grinding device.
bullet Timing belt inlet/outlet conveyor.
bullet Polishing wheels are lifted pneumatically.
bullet PLC & touch screen HMI are for setting, controlling and displaying processing parameters.
bullet ABB spindle motor.
bullet Inverter motor for conveyor driving.
