SHT Glass Tempering Machine

SHT Glass Tempering Machine can temper thickness from 4mm to 19mm, dimension from 250mm×100mm to 6500mm×2440mm or even more big size glass according to different varieties. SHT Glass Tempering Machine possess big production capacity, the maximum production capacity is up to 280m²per hour. SHT Tempering Machine adopts modularization design to permit expansion production capacity by modifying the machine according to the requirement of customer after machine running period time.
SHT Tempering Machine adopt industrial computer to control the whole production process (heating, cooling and transmission etc.). All the technics parameter accomplishes automatic controlling. Adopt high quality ceramic roller (Φ95mm) and special installation mode to bring about high transmission precision, smoothly running and convenient maintenance. Tempered glasses possess internal stress equality distribution and smooth surface; absolutely achieve the requirement of GB9963-88 Tempered Glass Quality Standard.
